Ms. Tavartkiladze is consultant at PMC Research, and also acts as a local action group (LAG) coordinator in the rural development project in Khulo municipality. She is responsible for the coordination of various activities in the EU-funded project “Promotion of Rural Development and Diversification in Khulo Municipality”.
She participates in the selection of representatives of Khulo community, including representatives of youth groups, civil society organizations (CSOs), local government and businesses, who are interested in representing their respective groups/entities through a LAG. She provides support by arranging a set of interactive workshops for LAG members to help them understand specific development issues facing their community and to enable them to propose corresponding development measures. She also participates in the elaboration of a local development strategy by the LAG and provides logistical support by organizing workshops to provide the LAG with helpful feedback based on an evaluation of its performance which also allows recommendations to be formulated for the LAG’s future operations.
Ms. Tavartkiladze holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Tbilisi Open University and one year of Master Major in International relations from Jilin university of China, School of International and Public Affairs.
