The project aims to improve transparency, accountability and effectiveness of public finance policy and management in Georgia.
The objective of the project is to promote agricultural development in the Adjara Autonomous Republic (AR) by facilitating development and implementation of the rural development strategy of the Ministry of Agriculture of Adjara and by promoting rural tourism and investments in agriculture.
Improve budget transparency and accountability by strengthening civil society organizations’ capacity to promote reform and improve budget spending and, through increased collaboration between civil society and Georgian public institutions, improve public finance expenditure oversight.
The project aims to improve the three specific areas of think tank activity: quality of research products, communications and advocacy capacity and internal development and governance.
The project aims to enable Visegrad countries to share their experiences and to play a significant role in the process of the economic integration of Albania and Kosovo with the EU and transfer of Georgian know-how in successful structural reforms for Albania and Kosovo.
