The specific objective of the project is to analyze the role of civil society organizations (CSOs) in human capital development in Georgia, focusing on the resilience they have shown and the lessons they have learned during and after the COVID-19 pandemic and against the backdrop of the ongoing context of war in Ukraine.

Under the project, PMC Research  has been assigned to execute the following activities: develop a database on CSOs active in education and employment in Georgia; conduct a survey according to the European Training Foundation’s (ETF) methodology; write a comprehensive report detailing the survey’s findings; communicate the findings to relevant CSO representatives through an online meeting; and incorporate the feedback of such representatives into the final report.
